How we research

Our editorial desk reviews manufacturer documentation, retailer listings, care instructions, compatibility information, and recurring patterns in publicly available consumer feedback. We translate that material into scenario-based questions readers can use while comparing options. Unless an article explicitly documents a test, we do not claim hands-on testing.
